Contractor needed to perform weatherization upgrades for the following location:
Chesapeake Villa Apartments
5795 Chesapeake Villa Rd.
Rock Hall, MD
Project site is a single building containing 30 apartments. Work will consist of installation of continuous exhaust fans in each apartment, air sealing, lighting, attic insulation and other things. Project scope will be available on March 27, 2024 and bids are due by Friday, April 19, 2024. Interested parties please contact Gary Christopher, Director of Weatherization.
