Ayla Hoffheiser of Ellicott City shows the poster she made about the environmental harm done by plastic bags. The 15-year-old collected and distributed cloth bags from Safeway and Giant to use at the Howard County Food Bank instead of plastic bags. The poster is also on display at the Food Bank. This project fulfilled Ayla's requirement to obtain her Girl Scout Silver Award.
