Eviction Prevention assists with paying past due rent. Eligibility is based on income and evidence of crisis such as a judgment of restitution. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to continue to pay rent after assistance is provided.
First Month’s Rent assists with paying first month’s rent in advance when moving into a new home. Eligibility is based on income. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to continue to pay rent after assistance is provided.
One Month’s Rent Initiative is a private community organization which partners with CAC to assist with paying past due rent. Eligibility is based on income and evidence of crisis. You must be currently employed, able to demonstrate ability to continue to pay rent payment after the assistance is provided.
