EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE EAFC provides assistance to families with an emergency need as a result of lack of heating fuel or utilities or threat of imminent utility cut-off, eviction or foreclosure, or a disaster. EAFC is also available to assist families in paying the burial expenses of needy individuals who were at the time of death receiving child foster care, public assistance or medical assistance. Eligibility is based on need. The William Bailey Fund provides assistance to address critical emergency needs. Examples are assisting with purchase of prescription medicine or payment of water bill. Eligibility is based on income. |
