HOW TO APPLY FOR HOUSING ASSISTANCE

In person - Office at Gateway or North Laurel-Savage Mutli-Service Center.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Picture Identification for applicant and spouse (if applicable).

  • Social Security Cards for all members of the household.

  • Proof of gross income for the 30 days prior to the date of application.

Pay Stubs

1 if paid monthly, 2 if paid bi-weekly or twice a month, 4 if paid weekly.

Letter on employer's letterhead indicating gross income for the period.

Social Security, SSI or Pension Award Letter.

  • Lease
  • Judgement for Eviction.
